This is a battery powered rotating display stand. It is powered by two "D" batteries, and there is an on/off switch on one side. The rotating disc platform is 4 inches in diameter, and the square base is 6 1/2 inches across. It turns at a steady rate of three revolutions per minute.
The base, because it is only slightly larger than the rotating disc, is unobtrusive and will not detract from the presentation. The recommended maximum weight for this rotating display stand is eight pounds.
These brass display stands are 1 1/2" tall, and 1 1/2" across the top. They are very nice for display very small objects. The ideal size for these brass display stands is approximately the size of an extra large egg.
